Positive: Accommodation at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel is in an excellent location close to the airport and with convenient transport connections to other parts of Hong Kong (MTR, bus, shuttle bus, Ngong Ping 360, ferry, ...). The stay was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are available for purchase at the hotel, which was very convenient. The food was good, with a nice selection of both Asian and continental dishes, so everyone can find something they enjoy. Overall, a very pleasant stay with truly welcoming and attentive staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Negative: The beds were a bit too soft for my personal taste, but that is purely my subjective opinion. I personally prefer firmer mattresses. However, this in no way detracts from the overall quality of the accommodation.

Positive: Everything! All the staff were very accommodating and professional. There are water refilling stations in every floor and the room is very clean and spacious! Plus the shuttle are very courteous and always on time.

Positive: The hotel was nice. We only stayed one night because we had to wait for our plane the next day. It was good they had the transfer to and from the airport, and also to the next metro station. The transfer is every half an hour, so be careful. It is clean and nice, but it is very big (a lot of rooms). The breakfast was incredible.

Summary: A nice one night stay. Recommended if you have to be near the airport.
