Positive: The comfort of the room, the pool area, the meals were great, great communication with staff. Warm and welcoming environment all around.

Negative: When showering water seeps out onto the floor, perhaps some adjustments can be made to the shower door.

Positive: Newer, clean modern

Negative: The main lobby has a strong manly scent, gave me a headache. Pillows we had not support, even if you used multiple pillows. The bartender by pool was extremely inattentive. Coffee was incredibly bad in the morning. The elevator didn’t seem safe. The carpeting as you step out the elevator was not installed properly, tripped a few times there is a dip by the elevator. The hot water takes 10mins or more to get hot, wasting water. Meanwhile you request we reuse towels to save water, which makes no sense.

Summary: There were dogs on the property and I loved seeing them everyday. That made my day
