Positive: The front desk staff was great. And the garage was gated and locked.

Negative: The elevators were very slow. There was only 1 towel and no washcloths in the room. We had to ask for more.

Positive: The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, providing us with a wealth of comprehensive and practical information that greatly facilitated our stay.

Negative: This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. I checked in for two nights, but the housekeeping service was completely absent on the second day—my room wasn’t tidied at all, no fresh bath towels were provided, and the complimentary water wasn’t refilled either. It was such a huge letdown and severely ruined the whole accommodation experience. I sincerely hope the hotel can take this feedback seriously and improve its service quality significantly moving forward.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

Negative: Breakfast expensive and not great. Couldn’t just buy a coffee and something to nibble in the cafe because it was all or nothing. Cafe not open for lunch. Very dated bathroom with overhead shower over a bath. Only clean room and refresh hot drinks every second day so if you’re staying 2 nights you don’t get anything.
