Positive: Convenient to O’Hare and Pre-Flight long term parking.

Negative: It’s getting rather dated. Room furniture is old and tacky. No fridge nor microwave in rooms. Really? Coffee maker in room was old, grungy, woefully outdated. The windows are positively filthy! They haven’t been washed in probably decades! You can hardly see out of them!!

Summary: We like to stay there because of location and convenience. The hotel itself is “meh” at best.

Positive: close to airport for overnight stay. As platinum got free breakfast voucher. Good choices for breakfast. free airport shuttle only from 4am to 11.30pm to airport and 4.15am to 11.45pm to hotel.

Positive: There was no breakfast offered without paying , the carpet was definitely dirty, no tissue in the bathroom, had to constantly ask for towels

Negative: Really nothing but the location. The front desk faculty was nice and courteous
