Positive: Staff is very pleasant and eager to help

Negative: They seem to have renovated since last stay (looks great). The hideabeds are so new that mine still had the mechanism attached with a plastic tie. But when I opened it, I was very disappointed in the thin, hard mattress. Last year my daughter had a suite with a more comfortable sofa bed. My granddaughter had to sleep on this less comfortable one the night before a provincial gymnastics competition, and we were quite worried about the quality of her sleep. Really not impressed by the sofa bed mattress

Summary: Overall, enjoyed the stay and would stay there again (also stayed there last April)

Positive: Quick check in; courteous staff got us hot water for tea in the evening.

Negative: Noise level. Some children running in the halls for a while. We were on the middle floor and I think an elephant stomped non-stop across the room, constantly, around 10:30 pm when we wanted to get to sleep early. It was very, very disturbing and excessive.
