Summary: Our original room didn't have a refrigerator. The gentleman at the front desk had no problem moving my family into another room with the refrigerator. Thankful for the accommodation.

Summary: What a place, the lobby and bar area are nice, the customer service was ok, but other than that I wouldn't recommend, people going in and out of their rooms constantly all hours of the night then have a party in the parking lot 3 different times making noise at 1am 3am 5am like it was 5pm, no security, unattended children everywhere, climbing on furniture and tables very chaotic, didnt get any sleep, and to tip ot off I had one drink at the bar while I waited for 5 chicken wings I had ordered for my husband, the bill came to $46, that was almost half of the amount I paid for the room for the night

Summary: Very warm welcome at the front desk. The young lady was extremely personable and helpful. The room was comfortable, however, it needed more lighting over the desk area and the water pressure in the sink was really low. Other than that, it was a great day. It also had a great terrace view off the main lobby for cocktail hour or just hanging out.
