Positive: The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious.

Negative: Rubbish left in the inside bin, sour milk in the frother and lint in between the lounge cushions. It is a coal BBQ which was advertised we feel a gas one would suit all people, unfortunately we couldn’t figure it out.

Summary: We felt the money we paid the house was not good value.

Positive: the house itself has been renovated beautifully, pet friendly and play equipment for the kids made it a great space to set up base for 3 days

Negative: cleaning left alot to be desired drains haven't been cleaned so water spills over the drains in the shower not containing the water. lots of dusting needed onviously its a busy house and housekeeping just do the main areas. We checked in on a hot day and aircon just couldn't keep up. I personally cleaned the aircon filter which hadn't been done in years hoping this would help. We left the aircon on fulltime from the time we arrived to the day we left (3days) and the house never got any cooler than about 24 degrees inside. Definitely recommend fans to be placed in rooms to help circulate the air in the summer
