Positive: Beautiful buildings. We had a 'superior suite' which was huge and gorgeous! Front desk staff very nice and helpful. We had an early morning flight so we did not get to eat breakfast there but they made us a lunch box to take with us.

From the moment they picked me and my family up from the airport, even after our flight was delayed by three hours, we reach Keysari past midnight, the experience has been wonderful. The rooms are really good, the overall look and feel of the hotel is impressive, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the authentic local dishes. But what truly makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. My special thanks to Çağkan and Duygu for their exceptional customer service. They made our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning in the future.
