Summary: Everything was pretty wonderful overall, the staff were helpful and super friendly, the grounds were so beautifully kept and enjoyable to explore, and the room was lovely. The only thing is recommend would be expanding the continental breakfast offerings just a small bit. There were no sweetnets for the coffee and the food choices were minimal, so I skipped that part.

Summary: Clean and the feel of our room was like a cabin and very welcoming but one star off for people and detritus splayed out in the reception

Summary: The reception staff Claire who when I told her of my late arrival due to delayed flight not only left detailed instructions how to get in but also videos that extra effort really made me feel welcome and in the morning the homemade coffee cake muffins by another staff Elizabeth were the perfect food to wake up to. I will certainly stay there again!!

Summary: I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.
