Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Foti’s villa. It is very close to the beach, great restaurants and cafes nearby and it is still quiet and peaceful. We were in the four-bed villa. Everything was sparkling clean, very modern, well-kept, they came to clean and change the towels for us twice for our stay. The owners really care for the property and it shows 👌

Negative: The only thing is that there is no separate kitchen/living room with AirCon, so you can only use the terraces to gather altogether. if you planning on cooking big lunches/ dinners there it may be a bit tricky, but if you are happy with using the lovely restaurants nearby then it is just perfect.

Positive: The villa is wonderful, great location, close to the beach. It also has a private parking right next to it (with extension cord to charge an EV - great PLUS!!!). The house is clean, has a large terrace on the ground flood and a second one on the floor above it. We had two bedrooms with kitchenette included and two without. Also, there were two bathrooms (one on each floor), very nice and well equipped. We had air conditioning, WiFi (working reasonably well), mosquito nets on all windows and terrace doors. Nothing to complain, really! And we also got our sheets changed - twice - during the week we stayed there! This was a very nice surprise (as we did not expect it)!

Negative: Just a minor detail: please add a small shelf attached to the wall in the shower upstairs, to conveniently place the shampoo & shower gel while showering. (The bathroom on the ground floor already had this.) Thanks! :)

Positive: The villa is very clean, the sheets and towels are changed every 2 days and has nice view from the terrace, it is very close to the center and perfect for 6-7 guests.

Negative: Maybe a few more kitchen pans would help the ones who want to prepare breakfast there, but everything was amazing!

Positive: The villa is quite close to the beach and from the upper floor terrace there is a view to the sea. The villa is conveniently located near small supermarkets, pastry and coffee shops. Restaurants are in walking distance also. The host is very helpful and nice. The villa is new, super clean, and it is clear that a lot of attention has been paid to details. There are two floors, each with a bathroom and two bedrooms with comfortable beds. On each floor one of the bedrooms has a small kitchen. The private parking lot is spacious enough - can host 4-5 cars and is shared between two villas. Overall we had a very nice and pleasant vacation.

Negative: The rooms are cosy and there is little storage space for clothes or luggage. One of the upper bedrooms had no place to hang clothes whatsoever. The kitchen upstairs is super small.

Positive: We had an amazing Holliday, 3 min to the beach in the best area of Golden Beach, not so crowded even in August, every 2 days cleaning, villa was brand new and quality focused build, friendly owner, free parking... We and the kids really enjoy it, hopping to come back.

Negative: A small remark: The pellows were a bit to hard for us, we would preffer softer ones but that is just us. And pleas add more shelfs or more hangers to the wardrobe.

Positive: Very clean and beautiful house with new furniture, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with small kitchens both downstairs and upstairs, can easily house 2 families / 8 people. Cleaned regularly, with provided clean towels and sheets. It's near the beach. The host was very welcoming.
