Negative: The hot water tank did run out once, but that was no surprise. The description was clear on that topic.

Positive: Perfect location, we booked for two nights and both the nights ended up with observing northern lights in 0 degree outside. Very isolated from the world with no light noise nearby, has a N1 around 20kms away on route 1. Villa has all the amenities except washing machine. Plenty of rooms for a big group

Negative: Didn't have washing machine and only one bathing room.

Positive: Great location between attractions. Remote, quiet, clean, spacious. Neighbor's dog, Deuce, was a delightful visitor. No fuss check in and out. Full size house.

Negative: Would be helpful to have more drying racks for clothes or a washer/dryer, as there are so few laundromats in Iceland. But I'm nit picking. This place was great.

Positive: Spacious, clean and modern house. A truly comfortable experience. Smart TV and reading area was the cherry on top. The hosts are responsive to all the questions, and are quick to provide any missing supplies.

Positive: This was our favorite place on our trip and we're glad we spent two nights here. It was modern and clean, with a good kitchen, large and comfortable living room, and heated bathroom floor! Views were wonderful and we enjoyed the privacy while still being only fifteen minutes from Kirkjubaejarklauster. They separated trash from recycling, which is much appreciated.
