Positive: Good location, nice staff. Overall the room gets the job done. The luggage room is convenient. Check in and check out were fast and pleasant.

Negative: Many details in the room were weird. The beds are way too soft, the curtains don't cover the windows, only to like 70%, and other smaller things. The breakfast was quite minimalistic, a few more warm options would have been nice.

Positive: - The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and helpful, definitely made our stay better! - Good location, easy to get to the center - Overall, it's a new hotel with well furnished rooms

Negative: Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues during our stay... - The room was not cleaned once! (3 night stay) We only got our towels changed, but the room was not even once fully cleaned or vacuumed! - The radiator in the bathroom was broken and was making a very loud disturbing noise, which we informed the reception about - On the first day, when my friend was checked in and unclothed in the room after the shower, the cleaning lady just bursted in without a warning - The room did not look like the pictures on Booking.com in our reservation, the staff told us that all rooms look different when we asked, but we felt misled, as the design was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel - The sound isolation was not great, we could hear our neighbors making noise - Very little amount of hangers For the price we paid (over 200€ per night), we felt quite disappointed by the experience...
