Positive: Hotel is perfect all around. Location in the city centre, near Central train station, bus stations and Metro stations. Rooms are clean and cozy - cleaned every day. Cosmetic accessories are replenished every day. Every room has a minibar. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast excellent - wide choice and quality products. Swimming pool was just enough for a relaxation after a long day. 4 stars well deserved.

Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Positive: The air con in the room was very good. The staff are very helpful and polite to deal with, very professional. Any time we needed towels or extra items they arrived immediately. The hotel is very clean.

Negative: The breakfast is not good, we rely on breakfast to start our day while on a city break and it is very poor. The pool is unfinished and doesn't have beds as shown in photos. The terrace did not have chairs and tables as advertised, but when requested these arrived. The TV is not a smart TV and has only 1 English channel which is a pity after a busy day it's nice to relax and watch something which we could not. There was no water or coffee machine in the room which is very standard for hotels in Europe. For solo travellers, I would not advise this area, I have done many city breaks and this was the only time I did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel without my partner with me.

Positive: Breakfast was pretty good, pool small but clean and very nice. Room very comfy and clean and location very conveniente close to Termini Metro Station. Staff also very nice.

Negative: Maybe they can have more lacto free options and more fruit for breakfast. Also they did not have any movie channels like HBO, etc.

Summary: Love the hotel, everything was new and modern style.

Positive: The location is central, just 4 min walk from Termini station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is a nice touch as you can cool off from the hot Roman sun. The breakfast has a nice variety and you get well served by the staff. We see the potential in this hotel and recommend it highly. It can only get better!

Negative: We really enjoyed our stay but there were little things that can be improved. The hotel is very new and was not completely ready during our stay but it didn't bother us significantly. It would be nice to get the wifi and password during check in or a note about it in the room, same goes for the mini bar, would be nice if there was a note that they charge extra for it and price list. Some tips for the sake of the staff maybe, the doors from the breakfast room to the kitchen is small and the springs are too tight, making the doors hard to open. Seems like an accident waiting to happen...
