Summary: Reception staff were great, room was good. Breakfast omelette excellent. Concierge could be a little more engaging e.g turn off the laptop video when talking to guests. Great place ro watch the sunset.

Summary: The room was clean, and comfortable. And the view is awesome ! However, beware to the black mold on the bathroom ceiling : you should send your handyman to bleach clean and paint the ceiling. The outside of the room have some issues : the floor is broken in some places, and some wooden shard could hurts your next customer.

Summary: Great view from the balcony, super king size bed was so comfy, air con and ceiling fan enabled a perfect temperature for sleeping. Large empty mini bar for own drinks and coffee making facilities were useful. Ice and water machine available in corridor near reliable elevator. Parking was easy and free and the staff were nice.

Summary: Clean room, helpful staff, great breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. However, please advise your staff to communicate what's going on at your hotel. For example, if there's a special event or you offer buffet lunch daily, the guest should not have to ask. That information should be given on arrival or booking. Lastly, guests need a microwave either in their rooms or the lobby area especially when the kitchen closes early (9pm). If I am hungry and have left offers in the refrigerator, I should be able to heat up my leftovers at midnight if I choose to and enjoy. Thank you for a great stay and I will be back again.
