Summary: House was nice and well equipped in a great neighborhood. However... had a little trouble checking into the property because the entry code given did not work and had to call and we had to wait outside till resolved. Was told it was probably human error. Got inside and there was a partial power outage (about 1/3 of the home was dark). Called again and was I was asked to reset a breaker. Was told it was ongoing issue (it tripped several times during our stay). Property was advertised as having FREE Golf cart and Heated Pool, but when I called was told there was a charge for these amenities and golf cart was $35/day and pool heat $25/day. Not cool whatsoever. Golf cart issue was later resolved (lost a day on it) but pool heat was never on during our stay and was dirty due to clogged filter per the pool maintenance staff who serviced the pool on check-out day. Recommend be skeptical of the properties advertised amenities.

Summary: Great location and amazing house. Golf cart really came in handy going to the beach. The pool was very relaxing and perfect way to begin and end the day.
