Summary: First off- nothing negative about the hotel but just wanted to clarify-- this is a boutique hotel. It is several buildings along a street. The rooms are all individualized. All of the buildings are multiple floors and the elevator (at least in our building) did not go to the top which required us to climb the final flight with our suitcases. The elevator was scary and did not work on our last day so we had to carry our suitcases down two flights of stairs. In our room, the furniture was sparse. A bed, bedside tables, dresser, and one chair. There was room for more. The "free" breakfast is $3 for a service fee. On Saturday we were chided as we did not have a "reservation" (we were unaware that we needed one) and had to sit at the bar. Breakfast is good though. There is only one ice machine in the main house. On the street parking is free. Overall positive but we were unaware of some of this information before we booked so I thought I would share.

Summary: Everything from check-in to check-out was outstanding. The property is gorgeous and clean. The location is convenient to everywhere. The bed and pillows were as comfortable as the ones in our home. We highly recommend it.

Summary: It is beautifully historical restoration. There is a book of before and after. There were fresh fragrant flowers arrangements everywhere. Im not sure if they were left by a wedding. The mattress was very comfy and floors very clean. The Bistro is excellent, I would recommend ordering the lump crab or shrimp benedict even if you have the voucher, will be a little extra. Good air conditioning split unit. Very friendly check in. Price was very affordable. Thank you, second time Ive stayed and very consistent.

Summary: Nestled in a little enclave in downtown Mobile, we arrived in a historic section of the city with the hotel right in the middle. It felt like stepping back a century. Cobble stone streets with gas lights welcome you to this restored building from the 1800s, but with all up to date amenities. Our room was beautiful. The bathroom spacious with a four legged bathtub that tempted you to take a long, warm bath. It was sad that we only had one night. We can’t wait to come back.
