Summary: Super sketchy set up- the Formosa is part of the Garden Inn (probably acquired later) and it’s the poor cousin of the Garden inn- when the light was broken in my room and nobody was in that side of the hotel, I went to change rooms but there was “no vacancy” on the Garden Inn side- it’s because they are two different prices. The problem is that the Formosa Inn has photos of the Garden inn as part of its advertising- kind of a bait and switch if you ask me- we could t believe the nice look for a really affordable price- should have known the old adage is still true. Did not stick around for breakfast but went to the Starbucks next door. Def a passing through kinda place.
