Summary: We booked at the last minute and needed room for a large group . The host was very easy to work with . We spent one night in an awful rental and needed to move due to the poor condition of the property . My family was very happy with the new location . The setting was beautiful and the house was great !

Summary: House was located close to several colleges. The outside, including the not yet open pool with an unappealing pond of dirty water, was not as advertised, but the inside was spacious, well decorated, and functional. Bedrooms were large, bathrooms were plentiful and large. There were not dishcloths or dish towels. The tap water and drains are smelly. More and more ants and other bugs gathered and died the longer we were there. The dead part made us nervous re what pesticides were being used, How much, and where. Overall, it more than served our purpose.

Summary: Overall, we made the best out of our stay. The host communicated very fast. They are not in the area so there isn’t much they can do about pressing needs. The house is beautiful and has so much potential. There are a lot of windows and about 1/3 of them had blinds. Which wasn’t that big of an issue until we realize we were being watch by someone. Not sure if it was a neighbor or someone from the area. But they were upset we (African Americans) were in there and basically said we were lost and used a couple racial slurs. So our last night was a little uneasy especially since there weren’t any curtains. The area has no outside lighting. You would need a flashlight to see. So we didn’t come outside due to not feeling safe. I think the cleaners cut a lot of corners and again not the host fault considering they can’t oversea the house from the west coast. But there is a lot of dust and spider webs. You can see the mop streaks where they kind of just twirled the mop and kept moving. The dishwasher was pretty fifthy we just washed the dishes by hand even tho the host requested us to load it. The bed lining was fine and the towels were clean. There is a surplus of ants and stink bugs. We ended up having to buy raid, it was pretty bad. Also I would assume the water system is on a septic tank so that’s something I would suggest the host test, because the water smelled like rotten eggs which typically means there’s a lot of sulfur in the water. The water wasn’t clear either.

Summary: Gorgeous home with plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed watching the herd of deer roaming the property. Wonderful windows let in lots of natural light. Mattresses were very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from to find one that was just right for everyone. This was our first experience with VRBO and we will definitely do it again!

Summary: The house is beautiful, spacious and clean! The extra amenities were a nice touch. Surprised to see the unkempt pool next to the hot tub. But pleased to see the hot tub was professionally maintained during our stay. Would recommend house for future family visits.
