Summary: The rooms are outdated and not even close to the price we paid. The walls are very thin and we heard our neighbors coughing the whole night. On the other side of us, we could hear our neighbors doing their business in the restroom! The pipes crack and creak every time someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower. There were people above us with children who kept running around. Oh and the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Pretty much a terrible experience! Definitely feel like we got ripped off.

Summary: The friendliness of the staff made us feel like royalty. There was an event going on the evening of our stay but that didn't interfere with the great service from the staff. This is our go to place and couldn't be happier.

Summary: This was the second time we stayed here. It's nice hotel, helpful staff, comfortable bed and seemed to be recently updated. We like that the rooms have a balcony. We will stay here again next trip.

Summary: We had a great stay at the Forest Villa Hotel. The lobby was warm and welcoming. Our room was well appointed. The service was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Some of the outdoor furniture should be replaced.

Summary: Check in was delayed over an hour because rooms were not ready. Waited in the lobby for over an hour with 2 little children after Check in time for a room that was over $250 per night. Check in staff was not only very rude to me, but also many other guests waiting to check in as well as guest coming down from there rooms, who had already checked in. Room was not worth the $250 per night for sure. Would look at other options if you are staying in the Prescott area.
