Negative: Constructive feed back if I may - 1. Would like long mirror in property 2. Cleaning products to be left for guests in case of spillages etc 3. Ground floor shower - very difficult to control. Goes from cold to scalding and could be dangerous, especially for children

Positive: Excellent location, the house is superb and was a good fit for our family. Very spacious and has a lot of light - gorgeous outside space too. Our family members who travelled from far were very pleased to stay in a beautiful and comfortable home after having driven for hours. Lots of parking , very quiet - perfect for privacy too Felt very safe

Negative: We liked everything about the house, we didn't like that we didnt book longer.

Positive: Everything was lovely. The side was ideal for a family get together. i loved the kitchen the facilities where excellent.

Negative: There was only one problem the mattresses were uncomfortable very soft & difficult to sleep in as we prepare a firmer mattress. i understand that these things are very expensive, maybe in the future if they are changing me take this into consideration.

Positive: Excellent house - stayed there for work purposes while officiating at the Firework Championships in Southport. Nice and secluded but with amenities nearby. Rooms are great - very spacious and the beds large and comfortable. 4 large bedrooms (3 double - 1 single) Open plan style downstairs with kitchen - dining room and sitting area / lounge. Facilities excellent, again the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Parking space amazing, more than enough room for our cars and the motorhomes staying on site. Shall definitely be re-booking it was that good.

Negative: Having to leave and go back to the office again! No dislikes from any of us that I can recall.

Summary: Excellent stay in a great house with a responsive hostess.

The surroundings were very quiet and close to the canal for a lovely walk out for food. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well looked after, lots of parking space,
