Positive: Great location (but not actually on the river as the photo suggests). Good Aircon (but you can't enjoy the view at the same time because you need to close the shutters). Good mosquito net (especially as there's no glass in the windows). You can pay by credit card (but there's an additional fee for doing so).

Negative: I booked a more expensive twin room but was given the cheapest double room instead with no explanation. Shower was always cold. Mosquitos in the room and a leech on the toilet. No glass in window.

Summary: Good aircon, no view

Positive: Great location a couple mins walk from paek entrance. Super friendly staff. Boat tour at 0600 with host was awesome, saw multiple groups of monkeys. AC wasn't working in our room so host kindly moved us to identical room with working AC. Egg bread and fruit for breakfast, standard for Vietnam free breakfasts. Coffee included on request.

Negative: Hot water was luke warm at best, but didnt bring this up with host as with the hot weather this was a good temperature.

Positive: This is the perfect place to visit Cat tien national park. Long and his family are so welcoming they make you want to come back to stay. The rooms are very clean and confortable too

We loved all the help prior to arrival in booking the right bus, all the help while there in booking the park safari, the boat tour at dawn to see wildlife, the great kindness of the hosts, the delicious fruits that we were given many times a day, and of course the facilities One of our best stay in Vietnam!
