Positive: Amazing surroundings, amazing views, we arrived, we stayed, no need for more. Nature at the door. Hosts were lovely and helpful, breakfast was amazing…. 💕💕💕🙏 very impressed.
Negative: Access was tricky, many stairs but what a view! Pack light, take only what you need…. A sarong, gin & tonic and snacks.
Summary: OMG the tranquility! Chill, relax and stop, throw your plans out the window.

Positive: Great staff very lovely, they were very welcoming and gave us taxi for different trips in Sri Lanka. the breakfast was excellent! everything was super clean and the view was wonderful. If you go to Ella, you should definitely stay at this hotel!

Positive: Even though the rooms are located right in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by nature and and a beautiful view, they are extremely clean and well maintained. You might even be lucky enough to spot some wild animals during your stay! A lovely young married couple works here, and they are there for you throughout the entire day, always with the biggest and warmest smiles you’ll come across in Sri Lanka. They make you feel incredibly welcome and safe from the moment you arrive. The breakfast they prepare is absolutely delicious, and sometimes you can even enjoy it down by the river. Sitting there with a cup of coffee, surrounded by nothing (or maybe some monkeys...) but the peaceful sounds of nature, is the perfect way to completely relax and enjoy the moment. Truly an amazing and unforgettable experience!

Positive: A super friendly and helpful host Chanaka. Clean, comfortable, modern room with AC. Exceptional location in the middle of the jungle with a small creek (where you can bath) as a backgarden. Tasty, plentiful breakfast.
Negative: Maybe a closed bin would help to keep ants away. The towels gave off alot of fluff, probably because they were so new.

Positive: We were looking for a quiet place to slow down and relax, and this was exactly what we found. The property feels like a hidden gem, with only three villas tucked away in a small forest. From our terrace, we could see a beautiful little waterfall and the mountains in the distance. There was also a nice rock plateau beside the waterfall where we spent some time just sitting and enjoying the sound of the clean, flowing water. What made it even more special was a small separate hut right next to the waterfall, used as an eating area. Having breakfast there, surrounded by nature and the sound of water, was a really unique experience. Getting to the villa involved a short walk down through a pepper plantation, which added to the experience. The owner kindly helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with tropical fruits and tasty local dishes. What we liked most was how thoughtful the owner was, every evening he would ask us what time we wanted breakfast and what we would like to eat the next morning.
