Positive: The house itself is a piece of art already. I love everything in the house !

Negative: I recommend to add blinds for all the windows. It’s kind of scary at night when you watching tv. Because you are with light on, you won’t know whether there are somebody outside watching you

Positive: It was so cozy. Haven’t slept until 10am in years. Close to the hot springs but nice and secluded

Negative: Propane fire pit outside for chilling out would be a nice feature. All in all had a great stay.

Positive: It was a beautiful lil spot that felt isolating, despite being next to another unit and near the road. My favorite part was just listening to the water flowing from the private property next door.

Negative: Not being able to go see the source of the water noise due to it being on private property, but thats definitely no one's fault. I understand completely.

Positive: Great quiet oasis that had everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck outside for some nature downtime, relaxed in the evening watching some tv, and cooked simple breakfasts during our stay. Location was within short (under 10 minute) driving distance to a grocery store.

Negative: Would have enjoyed having access to water, but the view from property was pretty, outdoor space to enjoy and there was a nearby public beach area. The property was as described and delivered a wonderful tiny home stay experience.

Summary: Great quiet oasis.
