Summary: Such a beautifully designed and furnished hotel in a stunning location. The woods that the hotel is situated in makes for an excellent walk and is incredibly peaceful. The room was really clean and quiet with the balcony looking out into the forest to get that fresh air. I was staying there for work due to its proximity to the airport and am seriously considering returning for a little holiday.

Summary: Ok. Nothing special. Clean room and bathroom. Nice staff. Quite spartan and basic, with minimal amenities. Not sure what makes it 4 stars, but it’s decent.

Summary: The Forest Hotel in Krakow is a fantastic place to stay, offering a calm, modern atmosphere just outside the bustle of the city. The rooms are spotless and well‑maintained, and the entire property feels exceptionally clean and cared for. Dining is a real highlight — the on‑site restaurant serves fresh, well‑prepared dishes with plenty of variety, making meals something to look forward to. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, creating a welcoming experience from check‑in to departure. Transport links to the Old Town are excellent as well; with convenient bus and tram connections nearby, getting into the centre is quick and hassle‑free. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well‑run hotel that makes exploring Krakow easy and enjoyable.

Summary: Very nice

Summary: It was a nice & secluded hotel. From the side of Willa Bazsta & Zinar castle is a fantastic view of the river & Krakow city centre. The staff in general are polite, friendly & helpful. Especially that lady at the reception when we arrived last 26 June at 9pm, she’s looked after us well. I know the hotel is using a certain taxi company to bring guests to different destinations. When we left the hotel going to the airport, the taxi driver charged us double the price. This was last 29 June at 5pm. It’s a shame because we used different taxi companies when we’re up & about Krakow & all the taxi drivers were honest except for this odd one on our way home. Forest hotel should review this taxi company’s honesty to their customers

Summary: Truly one of the BEST hotel stays in Europe we've experienced. The location is beautiful, in the woods surrounded by beautiful nature, and next door to another large hotel with a restaurant that overlooks the city below. But also located close enough to the city where ubers are convenient, fast, and cheap. Perfect location. The staff we talked with all spoke English, which we were grateful for. We were grateful too that our room was available early. The view of the woods, room, bathroom, and hotel were fabulous. Modern and clean and tidy. The saunas and salty iodine spa made this hotel enen MORE enjoyable. All of our requests and questions were always met with a smile and graciousness. We would love to and plan to stay here again, hopefully longer!

Summary: The people at the property were very nice and so so helpful! The rooms were nice! The bathroom was clean and great lighting! The happy way upon entering the floor to find your room was very dark and creepy. And I did have bugs in my room which is practical/normal when your staying close to the forest but I am not a big person so certain bugs did have me stressed in my room LOL! But overall very quiet and able to sleep and the sauna was lovely!
