Positive: the scenery, esp from getting the room with exceptional view to the bridge. the food are good.

Negative: the leakage from the bidet, some toilet equipment are almost off from the wall

Positive: The view is spectacular, variety of breakfast menu, the entertainment room is awesome. We also like the friendliness from the staff and also the coffee...!

Negative: Steak menu during dinner was incomplete, they said many were sold out, but I think the were just unprepared with enough stock. Shower floor is a bit flat, so water tend to remain on the floor for quite sometime while we are showering

Positive: The hotel room and the restaurant have a nice view. The position of the hotel is quite good for trips in the area of Ciwidey. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food. We received a voucher (IDR 75.000) for the restaurant.

Negative: The room has a nice view, but hasn’t a window that can be opened. During our last night (in the evening and morning) there wasn’t hot water available in the shower. The breakfast buffet on our last morning was chaotic and the refill of missing food was extremely slow. Generally, the quality of the breakfast coffee was average. The price performance ratio for dinner in the restaurant is bad. The taste of the food is acceptable but too expensive compared to the quality.

Positive: The staff were all super helpful, kind, sincere and understanding. Food in the restaurant were delicous. Though we have to wait quite sometime :-) Check in took a little long time to wait. But overall, it is a place where we will comeback to spend our short holiday.
