Positive: This is a stunning mini park right opposite a large country park with endless things to do. Set in a closed off woodland, the huts are superbly presented with everything you need for the perfect getaway. Tracy is a very engaging and kind host. Breakfasts are available, but unfortunately, due to my working nature while there i was unable to partake. We are moving to Yorkshire in April but will definitely be back.

Positive: We absolutely loved this idyllic Shepherd’s Hut. Situated right near Moors Valley Country Park we were able to explore easily. A short walk up the road finds a lovely pub and restaurant which was just a perfect addition to our stay. We were met by the friendly Tracy who was a fabulous host and has created gorgeous accommodation surrounded by nature. We were able to sit on our patio beautifully lit for evening drinks and again in the morning for a relaxing morning cuppa. Breakfast was available to order as a paid extra brought to your door if you wished but we were heading off for brunch - next time! Shepherd’s Hut was spotlessly clean, modern, fresh interior, well equipped and a super comfortable bed and linen. So well thought out. A truly memorable stay for our special anniversary.

Negative: Maybe a door mat would be a helpful addition.

Positive: What we liked so much is the unusualness - the photos and info was intriguing, and it didn’t disappoint. I’ve just given top ratings. This little hut was just delightful. So clean, so comfortable and what a lovely spot for breakfast, facing the trees. Fabulous.

Positive: I had a lovely 2 night stay here. Perfect location in what felt like my own bit of forest. Comfy bed and all facilities, including small patio set and comfy chairs inside. Small bottle of milk provided, plus tea and coffee. Lots of hot water for the shower. Easy reach of Ringwood and across the road from Moors country park, with all its walking trails. Tracy is very helpful with info about things to do locally. I had a delicious cooked breakfast provided at very small cost by Julie and Dave with help from Jasper the cat!

Negative: Loved all of it!!
