Positive: This was a great place to stay for park access and we will be back! It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. It was easy access into the property and was a very peaceful stay.

Negative: The beds weren't the most comfortable, but everything else was great!

Negative: On our second day, we were not able to enter the house by using the keypad. It repeatedly malfunctioned. We call the number to get help, and we were directed concerning how to get a key from a key box near the front door. Using a key, we were finally able to get into the house. This was a bit of an inconvenience because it was after dark and it was cold outdoors.

Summary: Overall a very comfortable stay, with well-equipped facilities.

Positive: The location of the accomodation is fantastic. Very quiet and secluded in the middle of the forest, with terrace and fireplace/bbq. Bring food, there is no option to buy anything - we were completely by ourselves. Good access to Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove (half an hour drive each). The house is very spacious. There are two separate sleeping areas, one is a bedroom and one is upstairs from the living area on a sort-of balcony. The upstairs beds are private (not visible from the living area) but you will be able to hear conversations. The arrangement is suitable for friends who want to sleep in their own space (this is something that wasn't quite clear for us from the description). The kitchen is well equipped. The interior is rustic but we preferred this over a nondescript modern hotel room.

Negative: One of the beds had a plastic covered mattress which is unpleasant to sleep in.

Positive: Oh wow, where to begin! If you see this property available, I'd snap it up! What an absolute gem! Pictures dont do it justice. You get a really good amount of space to yourselves. It's in a tranquil location where you can watch the sunset on the terrace through the trees. Everything you could want is provided, including a little starter kit for soap, detergent, etc! Instructions on how to get there and check in are clear. Everything is labelled and clear instructions for how to work it/ where to put it, etc! The kitchen is so well equipped, way better than my kitchen at home 🤣 love that where to put everything is clearly labelled. Downstairs double bed is in its own room and is the more comfy of the two. Upstairs bedroom is still private but if four people were sharing, note that anyone in the kitchen/ living room will have lights on, and therefore, you will have light in that upstairs room until all have gine to bed. There were only two of us, so no problem! You are super super close to glacier point turn. Pretty much the closest accomodation could be to that part of the park. Half an hr to the valley. Longer to the meadows north. I'd reccomend if yoy were arriving from the north , eg SF, do the meadow on your way in to save an hr backtracking from this accommodation. Basically the whole thing is exactly as advertised, so as long as you come prepped with groceries ( no shop nearby), and knowing there's some steps to walk down, you'll have nothing to grumble at, moreover you'll have an amazing stay!!!

Negative: The upstairs double bed has a mattress topper that's super rustly.... That's the only negative I've got for the place.

Positive: The place is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. We loved the dining area with the huge glass windows. The location is inside the Yosemite park.

Negative: The upper floor is a gallery and not a room, which we didn’t notice when booking. The bed in the gallery was uncomfortable.

Positive: Perfect location for exploring the park - only a short drive to the valley, glacier point and Mariposa grove. Very well presented home with everything we could have needed from pots and pans, utensils, to big fridge and freezer and washer dryer! We had an amazing experience whilst eating breakfast one morning seeing a mama bear and her cub in the log piles out the back. WiFi was provided via starlink and info provided on the agents app when checking in so don’t miss it!

Positive: Great location in the park. The sun room for eating was great. Very quiet and peaceful.

Negative: The rear sliding door is nearly impossible to use as it sticks. Most windows have no coverings, so making the rooms dark in the mornings is impossible. The exterior is covered in webs. There was a large spider in the master bedroom. The bathroom door won't open all the way due to it rubbing on the floor.

Summary: Amazing location with a few housekeeping issues.
