Positive: The house was recently refurbished with attention to detail. 3 full baths with nice tile. Soft, adjustable-position beds. A very well-equipped kitchen. A lovely view. Easy contactless entry (save off instructions while on Wifi.) Nice welcome wine & oil. Good WiFi in house. The pool would be great in season. The narrow entry road can be intimidating, but you get used to it. We had a wonderful stay & would gladly return.

Positive: Cerro is a gem of a property situated on a quiet Umbrian hillside yet just a 15 minute drive to the wonderful town of Spoleto. The house itself has everything you could need: 4 large double bedrooms, 3 lovely bathrooms, quiet air conditioning throughout, good WiFi and the most well equipped kitchen we have ever come across. The outdoor area is just lovely too with its covered and open seating areas and of course the beautiful pool. The area has a lot to offer. We drove up to Cerro from Rome which was an easy 2 hour drive. Once there we visited lake Trasimeno, lake piediluco, Montefalco with wine tasting, rafting through the Nera Valley, cascata delle marmore and numerous trips in to Spoleto using our Spoleto card and generally just soaking up the good life of Umbria. There’s so much more to see and do that a return trip to the area is inevitable. Thomas and Tina are perfect hosts. Information about check in was great and their knowledge and advice on how to get the most out of our week in Umbria was invaluable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We would return in a heartbeat!

Positive: It’s a beautiful house with great design that is also incredibly comfortable. It has an amazing kitchen, fully stocked with all that you could need for top tier dinners. The outside is serene and peaceful and just lovely. And the washer AND dryer (while not the norm in the area) makes an extended stay effortless. Lastly, the location, near Spoleto, is an ideal spot for exploring all of the delights of Umbria.
