Positive: Value option for travelling with safe parking. Only a few rooms which were clean and good size. Attentive service for arrival, and substantial breakfast with great cappuccinos! Fantastic value for money.

Negative: Limited facilities beyond bedroom, maybe because It was too cold to enjoy the garden and that may be different in the summer. Also slightly out of the town so not close to good local eating locations, however the nearest to was to is about 15 mins away, which was cheap and functional, but brightly lit and fairly characterless.

Summary: Very nice place and worth a visit if on a budget and need a function base or overnight stay.

Positive: What a perfect place to be when exploring Marche. You can get to so many places easily from here. We wanted to see many sights and could do that from Polverigi. Our room was in the home of Enzo and Donella, in the downstairs, which has three rooms and a huge shared kitchen for guests to use. Breakfast is served here with an assortment of cakes and meats and cheeses and yogurts. Donella will fix you fresh eggs and cappucino. She and Enzo, who are perfect hosts, greet you in the morning and share time with you. Comfy beds, large bathroom and lovely outdoor space. Italian is the language spoken here but Google translate and a little Italian works great! It was a great stay for us.

Positive: Close to main roads also in nature environment. Very welcoming hosts and very cosy environment. Clean. Upon arrival we enjoyed our food in the shared kitchen and had a pleasant breakfast together with other residents.

Negative: When it was quiet, traffic could be heard on the nearby road.

Positive: The room was very clean, bed super comfortable, nice shower and there was a lot of space. No noise at all, staff super kind and available (checked in at 11pm with no issue) and delicious breakfast (sweet and savory breakfast). Really loved it.
