Positive: The house was large with 5 bedrooms as described. I was expecting more TVs in each bedroom but I guess you don't go to the countryside to watch TV. There is no phone reception but a telephone was available in the house. Wifi didn't reach all the rooms so was a little disappointed with that. Dishwasher tablets were available which was nice. A welcome basket of coffee tea sugar and milk would have been a nice touch for the price we paid but it didn't spoil our visit. we didn't have a mop to clean up spills in the kitchen either. The hot tub was out of bounds due to maintenance. Overall, it was as described. The views were beautiful but we didn't get out much as the weather wasn't too great. The small country lanes were a bit of an eye-opener I hadn't been so far into the countryside before and was a little afraid of the roads but all said and done we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Not enough TVs 1 for a large 5 bedroom house. Wifi didn't reach all the house. No welcome basket of refreshments after a long journey. The hot tub wasn't available. No mop and bucket were provided.

Positive: Beautiful spacious house with bedrooms and bathrooms to easily cope with 4 adults an 4 children Remote stunning area with easy access (by car) to explore the lake district. Perfect for those who did not want to be based in an area overrun with Tourists. Close enough to shops and pub by car, and beaches and incredible walks.

Summary: Fantastic location, wonderful large accommodation with all the facilities needed.
