Summary: I highly recommend this hotel. It features excellent amenities and is conveniently located very close to the train station, significantly reducing walking time. The property was exceptionally quiet and impeccably clean. Both the rooms and the restroom were spacious and offered ample privacy, even for a large group.

Summary: Stay and room were great except for the air conditioning did not appear to work well. Very stuffy in the room. Also not a big fan of the shower only b/c water went all over outside the shower. Also, my hearing aid was accidentally flushed down the toilet. Very upset that happened.

Summary: Great hotel. Marco and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely with eggs made fresh however we liked and freshly squeezed orange juice. Restaurant was also great for dinner. Top place.

Summary: Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were painful. Only service we used was check-in and checkout and the ladies were very efficient and pleasant. We heard no noise from the train station but maybe we got the right side of the building.

Summary: Good Location. 15 minutes to luzern by train. Great and responsive staff. The room was next to railway track you could hear train passing by. Lots of shopping and restaurant near by.
