Positive: We loved the clean and tidy room with a large fridge and good AC with fan. Central location close to Mr D restaurant which has great food and cold beer. Close to the port so easy if you are travelling to Bogo City. We only stayed one night but have stated longer if we had time. Friendly owners and the best placed we stayed as it was hotel number 4 for us in 5 days. Highly recommend, first class.

Positive: Staff that checked us in was super nice. The space was clean.

Negative: The aircon was a small window unit and not a split. Unit. It took almost 5 hours for the room to cool down. It did not help that the ceiling was 15 feet in height. Need a ceiling fan installed to help cool the room down faster. I had originally booked this room for 3 nights but we only stayed 1 night because we needed to get back to Cebu city. I asked about a refund on the 2 nights we payed for but never stayed there. So far no resolution.

Positive: The owner of the complex was very helpful and very accommodating for us in regards to finding parking and organising massages for myself and my wife with the local owners. The rooms were spacious and clean with a modern feel and design. Highly recommend staying at FN Lodge town proper

Negative: The bathroom a little small but very functional and clean with good water pressure

Summary: Clean and spacious and exceptional value for money, would stay here again if passing through in the future
