Summary: Everything in Jackson Hole region is expensive so we stayed 45 mins away. For the price I paid, room was so so … just a place to sleep. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom shower was ok… we didn’t spend a lot of time on property. Had to leave linen outside room for replacement…first time in 30 years I have experienced that …maybe it is a regional thing ! Staff were very polite.

Summary: Excellent. Nice room, great view, very helpful staff. Nice grab and go breakfast with pretty good cold options. Would like more protein or hot options. Great explanation from staff. They even had a gift package for my dog. 10/10 would stay again.

Summary: Very nice property and good location on fhe snake river. Staff very kind and efficient. .food very good value...im sorry i didnt get to try the indoor pool.

Summary: Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I paid extra for an air mattress, but it was not in the room when I checked in, so I had to go back and ask for it. Once we finally got it, the mattress partially deflated during the night. Later, I tried calling the front desk from the room to request an extra blanket, but no one answered. I eventually learned that after 10 p.m., the normal front desk number from the room phone apparently does not work and you are supposed to call a different room instead. There was nothing in the room explaining this. Breakfast was also disappointing. It is advertised as being available until 10 a.m., but when we arrived around 9 a.m., there was almost nothing left—literally one bagel. Overall, the biggest issue was the lack of attention to basic guest needs and poor communication. If breakfast is offered until 10, food should still be available at 9, and guests should not have to figure out on their own how to reach someone after hours.

Summary: This is an affordable choice compared to Jackson hotels. Rooms are basic but need a refresher. The bed was too soft to my liking and shower pressure is so so. It's a nice location on the river and nearby Melvins is a great place to eat, drink, and listen to good music.

Summary: For the area, 45 minutes from wallet gouging Jackson? It was competitively priced. The room itself was very clean, bathroom had been renovated. It was obviously a motel room since it was geared for pets. Decor uninspired, but pleasant. Breakfast wasn’t offered early enough for us (early morning hikes in the Tetons required us to leave by 6:00 am), so I didn’t get a chance to experience what that was like. This was a practical choice and worked for its purpose- quiet place to sleep, with enough room to spread out and organize gear. If I had to do this again, and if my trip was less structured for activities, I definitely would aim for the cabins which looked amazing.
