Positive: It was great value for money and breakfast whenever with lots of options, BUT.. if you don’t have a car and your telephone doesn’t work there was no staff to help, no one answered my email and I ended up walking back, 3km, to the airport at 0300 to get my flight.

Positive: Not too far away from the airport but too far to quickly walk there. Easy to access.

Negative: I haven’t seen any staff. Also my message and email wasn’t replied. Very basic rooms. But it’s clean.

Positive: Room and facilities were well presented and comfortable.

Negative: The blue light of the TV clock. Kept me awake. Not good! Due to flight arrival time, had to use taxi from airport at a cost of 450Sek = £35 for a 5 minute journey. Had we known that we could have got a taxi to Goteborg for 495SEK = £39 we would have gone straight there and not used the hotel. Need to sort out transfers. Used public transport in morning.
