Positive: Sandy and Marcel are wonderful hosts — they welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home, even giving us the chance to enjoy sunsets overlooking a blooming tulip field. The room was cozy, beautifully arranged, and very clean. Now we know where we’ll return. Highly recommended!

Positive: It is a very clever setup located in a picturesque quiet place. Parkplace is available. It is situated strategically 15 min by car to Keukenhof or 15 min by car to the beach. The room is very cozy and welcoming. It has everything you need also in a small kitchen set up. The bathroom is pretty large compared to maybe a hotel one. The breakfast was delicious with quite a variety of options and more than enough per person. We booked for 2 nights in the weekend prior to the last one when Keukenhof would still be opened, so the fields of flowers were almost done, but this was this season, and we still found the gateway was worth it. I find it with the location that it is worth throughout the year. The hosts are more than friendly and offered us a lot of information and answered all our questions, and accommodated us with simplicity.
