Positive: It's comfort place with amazing gardens,birds sounds,pyramids view,and the staff was so helpful,also for the cleaning it's very good Also there's free parking

Positive: Compared with another hotel we staved at for two nights in the same period near the Pyramids, this hotel was significantly more comfortable, reliable and better managed. The hotel is new, very clean, and well maintained. Communication before our stay was clear, accurate, and gave us a strong sense of trust. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and not pushy, which we found very pleasant. We used the laundry service. and when we had a large number of items, they kindly offered us a discount. The total came to only USD 10, and the clothes were returned neatly folded, which was very helpful

Negative: None worth mentioning, especially when compared with other hotels in the same area

Summary: It was better than what we expected!!!!!

Positive: I like everything about the hotel, very clean, the staff were very nice and friendly, the breakfast was good. The owner responds to messages very quickly. They assisted with our tour, in short, they are excellent. I have told my friends and my sister to use the same hotel when they go to Cairo next year and I will be using the same hotel when next I go there.

Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Positive: The stay was excellent. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and made me feel very welcome. The location was convenient and quiet at the same time. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
