Summary: We recently stayed at this house while in town for a baseball tournament. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the basketball hoop. There was plenty of space for all of us and the house had everything we could ever need. The owners are fantastic and ensured we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We came to discover Central Florida Springs for the first time, and ended up enjoying our stay in this house as much as our adventure. Location was perfect, not only easy to find and access, but also very close to the attractions we came to see. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful, there are many restaurants and grocery stores near by. The property is welcoming, spacious, clean, accommodating, well equipped and with lots of extras. We all loved the pool, specially our boys. Due to COVID we cooked everyday to avoid eating out, the kitchen is complete, I didn't miss mine : ). Our host maintained a superior communication at all times, was attentive and accommodating. This is a place to return.

Summary: We took our family for a graduation gift to our grandson so 8 of us went to Florida. The house was fantastic! Very clean, very spacious and totally comfortable! Everything we needed was provided for us! The big hit was the HUGE pool!! Awesome!!!! The yard is something out of a magazine, absolutely GORGEOUS! Great communication with the owner, too! We will be back!!!

Summary: Great experience. The lot is huge. The house had everything we could have needed, kitchen and all rooms were fully stocked up. Loved the proximity to the walking trail and appreciated the bikes that were provided. Hosts were attentive and helpful.

Summary: We were thrilled with our stay here. It was an excellent space for family to convene- but still have space to get away to when needed. The pool was a bonus, even with the cold weather that came our way during our stay. That didn't stop us from getting in for a quick dip almost every day! Highly recommended. We even were able to host other family/friends who were in the area. Had an awesome gathering and cookout. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Summary: I've rented houses on HomeAway.com twice a year for the past ten years. I choose a different location each rental to find new and interesting things to do at the location I pick. This property on Homosassa Court was the best I've ever rented. Specifically, all is as it appears on the website (and better) and the attention of Theresa and Nick (the homeowners) was terrific. Easy booking, easy check in. Beautiful grounds and terrific pools. My pups ran all day chasing squirrels on this sprawling property with local plants and vegetation. The décor of the house is so interesting you'll want to review the literature and books provided outlining the area. You will want for nothing, the house is absolutely complete with everything you'll need. Oh, and the beds are soooooo comfortable. Whatever kind of vacation you want, restful or fun filled, you can have it all at this location as all the Orlando and Sanford attractions are close by. Thank you Theresa and Nick.
