Positive: The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the nearest shopping mall, which has everything you need for daily life. The house has its own private yard, with a lawn that includes tables, chairs, and a swing, making it a great space for children to play and for hosting barbecues. By Swedish housing standards, the house is quite spacious. The two large TVs are a great addition. The host is very friendly and helpful, and gave me clear guidance on how to park according to local customs.

Negative: Front door did not lock so we could not lock it during our stay at all. Washer was locked but owner finally worked out what to do, after telling me to YouTube it. No tv channels programmed. No welcome tea and coffee and milk satchets or powder for washer

Positive: Nicely refurbished new look apartment. All the facilities you could need including a huge web tv and large washing machine/drier. Parking is off street on tarmac area inside another gate next to the apartment.

Negative: Not an issue for us (only 2 persons) but the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom.

Summary: Ultra modern and well equipped apartment for a great price.

Positive: The apartments are very comfortable, cozy and clean. There are comfortable beds and good-smelling bedding. The location of the apartments is in the city center, which allows you to have quick access to restaurants, shops and a public garden. Very caring and sensitive staff who are constantly in touch and ready to help in any situation. Our stay here was positive and calm. I recommend this owner, who will take care of comfort and coziness.
