Summary: The staff at reception were okay, but they didn’t share any information about the amenities. I tried calling the front desk a few times and never got a reply. Check-in was quick, which was good, but it still felt like there was a lack of information overall. The breakfast, however, was really good! definitely the best part of the stay, I loved it. Overall, it was a good experience with a great location, but there’s room for improvement in communication and service.
