Positive: Location, view, room and amenities, staff service, pool. Morning Jeep safari to the jungle
Negative: Noisy expansion work was done throughout the day. Some bathroom fittings were a loose. Restaurant service was very slow. No other indoor activities except the swimming pool.

Positive: Staff friendliness, hotel cleanliness, food quality was all top notch. Everyone was warm and hospitality was amazing.
Negative: The swimming pool could be maintained a bit better. We went in July and I thought the pool wasn't as clean as I'd want it to be. However I did see people using the pool. It looked good too. But I didn't want to risk it with and 8yo who wanted to use the pool.

Positive: The location, the restaurant the food were all awesome. The property and rooms were very clean and staff well behaved.
Negative: The bed sheets had stains in them and could be better, the towels in the swimming pools looked old and didn’t want to use them. There was a smell in the rooms could be better. The manager onsite was unpleasant , while the staff was very accommodating and made the experience good.
