Positive: This is such a unique experience with a very unique property.

Negative: Not that we didn’t like it but the guest should be ready and capable of manoeuvring a small boat with a manual outboard engine. You will be riding this boat on your own for the short way to the house. The boat is good and can take a lot of stuff. I think the owner will even assist you with it if required. The steps from the dock to the house are flimsy and has to be improved or even changed.
