Positive: Really great property. Very clean & comfortable with great shower, heating and air con. Great views over the river from the bedroom. Amazing value for what you get.

Negative: Didn’t bother me at all, but it is slightly outside the old town centre, so it’s a bit of a walk or a short tram ride to get there (the trams are cheap and frequent and quite a nice experience anyway).

Summary: Amazing stay in a fantastic place 😃

Positive: Booked 3 apartments, loved how they connected allowing us to share easy access in and out of each unit and without disturbing others elsewhere. Flexibility for our early arrival and late departure was very appreciated, thank you.

Negative: The toilet flush failed in one apartment. Very impressed with how Girts responded and dealt with the issue punctually and communicating effectively. Location a little further from the centre than we had realised and the proximity of the works/ground spoil was not attractive, guess it will look great in years to come.

Summary: Fantastic apartments outside of the centre, great hosting.

Positive: The apartment was great - nice facilities, modern, spacious.

Negative: Location is just not nice - the boat is at the remote location - and the view from the window is that you either look at the concrete wall, a road and a field of grass or have the view of the canal along the construction site on the other. Not the place to stay if you’re looking to go out for dinner and don’t drive or be ok to be the only ones staying in the whole area when coming back at night. The entrance to the boat is not closed etc so anyone can get on it. I saw people wandering around the boat on one of the hot days.

Positive: The apartment had all of the necessary tools for food preparation. It was clean, modern and cozy. I loved the fact that there were many extras provided free of charge, like coffee, tea bags and various spices. The AC was powerful and ventilation was great, albeit a bit noisy. There was also Netflix.

Negative: There was no free parking nearby. The other minor nit pick we had was that we couldn't manage to lock the balcony door.

Summary: A great pick for a calm getaway.
