Summary: A very disappointing stay. Our room was tiny and in the servants quaters in the top of the hotel. No FREE BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED - £17.50 English cooked breakfast. Bar was abysmal. Free drink for being eco friendly with towels etc: but doesn't happen if you are not provided with a room do no disturb sign for the room door!! Sorry first and last visit. On a plus side- staff were great and bed comfortable.

Summary: Room was comfortable however bath was small and positioned under a slope wall making the shower pretty useless as it wasn’t possible to stand up. Overall, a bad design in the room I was in. However, the hotel is in a nice countryside setting and the staff are really friendly. Would stay again but choose a different room.

Summary: I stayed in room 19, which was advertised as a premium room. The room was in poor condition, the carpets and facilities were below average, and the general cleanliness was poor. The rest of the hotel appeared okay, with excellent and attentive staff, and super service throughout. The dining was also to a good standard.
