Positive: The room was wide, plenty of space. The bathroom was also nice space-wise. The parking garage is handy. Position is also really good.

Negative: The elevator was out of service, and my room was at the fifth floor, it is simply unacceptable. I had to make multiple trips ups and down to bring my luggages in the room. Also, although I made the online check in the day before my arrival, the automated system did not work to assign me the room card. I had to call the help number to help me. They were helpful and solve my problem very fast, it must be said, even if it was around 1 am.
