Fletcher House, with recently updated kitchen and bathrooms overlooks the reserve to the Lake and mountains and is so close to everything Taupo has to offer.
This spacious house covers three floors, sleeps up to 17 with 5 bedrooms, including a bunk room and also a murphy bed in the second lounge.
Four bedrooms have Queen size beds, the bunkroom has two double bed bunks and four singles bunks. The murphy bed in the second lounge is a Queen.
There are three full bathrooms and a separate toilet. Perfect for large groups.
An adjoining self contained apartment has separate access from Roberts St.

Summary: Great location. Walking distance to lake and town. Lots of space for families and good facilities. Cosy beds, easy to warm rooms. Spacious kitchen. Plenty of parking.

Summary: Completely fit for purpose. We needed something to sleep many, that wasn't going to be too precious, and this home was that. The owner was very accommodating and sorted small things on the spot. Carpet had seen better days, but it's understandable with lots of differing groups staying. Would recommend. Thanks for having us.
