Positive: Overall, the hotel and its facilities were good and well maintained.

Negative: However, I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the receptionist. Her behavior felt cold and unwelcoming. She was neither friendly nor respectful, and spoke in a rather demanding and unpleasant manner, without even a simple welcoming smile. When guests arrive at a hotel, they expect a warm and professional reception, especially since they are paying for the service. Unfortunately, the lack of friendliness created an impression of indifference and made the experience less pleasant. It is unfortunate because the hotel itself seems well managed and clearly reflects significant effort and investment by the owner. However, the behavior of a single staff member at the reception can strongly influence the overall impression of the place. I hope the management pays attention to staff training in customer service so that future guests receive a more welcoming and positive experience.

Summary: Unfortunately, the unfriendly reception gave me a negative first impression of the hotel.

Negative: The stay was okay overall, but the heating in the bathroom was not working and it was very cold. This was especially uncomfortable since we were staying with small children.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were really comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
