Positive: We were a group of 8 adults with 2 children and rented both apartments. Roman is super friendly and the property had everything we needed, ski slope is right by the house, the ski box is great. We parked 4 cars with no problem. We would book again!

Positive: Incredible views and very peaceful (apart from the owners dogs barking in their pen in the garden) Full on nature, beautiful walks and scenery. It’s a good base as is about an hour from many of the main dolomite sights - lago di Braies, bike trail from dobbiaco, vallunga, cinque torre, 3 chimenea etc The small bathroom has a great shower.

Negative: It’s very dated but the owner said they’re planning a full renovation. The kitchen is very small and the living room without character. It’s 3km up the mountain which has its pros and cons - depends what you value. We tended to eat dinner in the apartment to avoid driving up the hair pin narrow road in the dark. There’s a super market at the bottom of the hill so shopping isn’t a problem. Fans would be a plus as it got very hot at night.

Summary: Amazing views and away from it all, a very authentic stay but a bit old fashioned

Positive: The views from this apartment were absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. The host was friendly and very reactive. I rate the overall experience as 8 out of 10, so as not to mislead others about the rustic nature of the apartment. If you want to be in the middle of nature and appreciate an authentic but simple homestead, this will enthrall you. The environment is splendid and our experience was 10/10.
