Positive: The villa was incredibly spacious. The lay out of interior allowed for movement and not crowded. furniture seems dated however or maybe it has been used well.

Negative: the location for the villa was not great. poor lighting and it's literally right across a large abandoned hotel property so you had the sense of being stranded somewhere with rotting cement buildings that are unfinished and left to wither away. the small refrigerators in the villa is NOT a fridge. Apparently, it is only there to keep things NOT hot/warm, not to keep them cold so be aware of that if you need to bring medications that need to be refrigerated. the breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special, but the staff (the boys that cleared the tables) were friendly and helpful and tried to clear the tables as fast as they could for you. this villa/hotel is NOT in the main city. it is in the outskirts of the city, about 30-40 min drive away so if you are looking for the city of Quy Nhon, this would be the rural , fisherman village. close to ky co beach which was the main reason for our visit.

Negative: I got a villa with beach view but I had to go to the beach by the luxury hotel site because the beach by the villa is just for view, can’t swim there

Negative: You must use the Hotel's beach instead, which is far from the villa area. Can't cook or bring food into the villa, which is quite inconvenience

Negative: Food choice poor, staff very friendly but not trained well so service not up to a 5 star hotel.

Negative: We booked front beach villa, of course because of the beach and sea. After checkin they told us we cannot swim there. The only sea area for swiming was infront od main building. I do not know why it is not written on their page!!! In the pool in our villa floated cigarrets!!! You can see on the photos

Positive: Breakfast was very nice, the villa out of this world and the most friendly staff you could ever meet. Me Khiem was also very nice and he gave us complementary afternoon tea in our villa. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a relaxing holiday, if you are after nightlife etc maybe would not suit you, but for a really relaxing holiday you can not beat it. This was our 2nd visit and we certainly will be back again . Thanks FLC Regards Mark & Pauline villa 8405
