Summary: Mooie goed onderhouden en zuivere compleet ingerichte FeWo. Rustige buurt, vriendelijke ontvangst.

Summary: Bij aankomst een smerige woning aangetroffen. Kledingkasten vol stof, haren, en resten van de voorgangers. Keuken alles kleverig, magnetron ronduit smerig, diverse etensresten en kringen in de keukenkastjes. Magnetron draaiplateau werkt niet meer en als je het vermogen wilt instellen valt de knop er af. Toilet lijkt niet schoongemaakt, in het bed liggen verschillende haren, volgens de verhuurder van de schoonmaakster…? Toont duidelijk sporen van langdurige slechte schoonmaak. Bij de verhuurder aangedrongen op directe schoonmaak, wat uitliep op een ruzieachtig gesprek over wat de verwachtingen eigenlijk wel mochten zijn. Belangrijkste argument verhuurder was het is goedkoop, Hollanders zeuren altijd en huisjes in Holland zijn nog veel viezer. Na aandringen onzerzijds heeft de verhuurder de magnetron en twee kasten schoongemaakt. De rest hebben we zelf gedaan. In de woning hoor je voortdurend het kind van de bovenburen rondrennen. Buiten op het terras hoor je het kind (en de moeder) voortdurend gillen. Ondanks het huisje hebben we prettig gewandeld en vakantie gehouden.

Summary: Mooi huisje. Heerlijk ruim. Jammer dat de struiken het uitzicht wegnemen als je in de tuin zit. Op de bovenverdieping wonen/verbleven andere mensen. Hier had je vooral savons wel wat lawaai van. Vooral omdat je ze heel goed hoorde lopen. Mooie omgeving. Leuke dorpjes in de buurt en heerlijk rustig. We hebben een fijne tijs gehad.

Summary: Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Schöne Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir fanden es so schön, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt um 3 Tage verlängert haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Summary: Het huisje is prima, redelijk modern, goede bedden en een fijne keuken. Warm water regeling van de douche is niet optimaal, net te warm of net te koud. Wat alleen tegenvalt is dat de bovenwoning ook een verhuurde woning is. Wij hadden de pech dat er een Oost-Europees werkend stel huurde met een jong kind. We hadden geluidsoverlast en last van rook. De bovenwoning heeft een balkon waar je onder zit zodra je gebruik maakt van de tuin. Ondanks een grote tuin achter de woning (waar de bovenburen gebruik van konden maken) kozen de bovenburen er voor op het balkon te bellen en te roken, hierdoor konden we geen goed gebruik maken van kleine tuin aan de voorkant van het appartement.

Summary: Bij aankomst was de eigenares niet aanwezig, nadat we gebeld hebben was ze er met 15 minuten. Het huisje was zoals aangeboden op de site. Minpunten waren de thermostaatkranen in de badkamer Deze deden het niet goed. Mooie en rustige omgeving in een klein en rustig dorp. Voor winkels en restaurants moet je naar een grote stad als Homburg.
