Positive: Liked the arrangement and the facilities, although could not use the swimming pool or the restaurant in the place since was there just for a day, amazing front staff, they were very helpful and prompt always smiling. Arranged taxis for us from the airport and to the train station. It is a self catering and the kitchenette was well stocked with the minimum utensils what was required, there is a carrefour right in front of the property so even the produce can be gotten from there. Ample spaces for caravan and car park, there is a buggy service to the apartment from 8-8pm, beyond that it is a walk, if you are with big luggages then that is the problem else if you love to walk, it is great. Well maintained and peaceful area.

Positive: The pool was closed during our stay, however the property and it's location were excellent. As well as the onsite restaurant. The staff were very accommodating and cordial. Highly recommend for a trip to Rome, as the City was just a 15 minute train ride. The local supermarket was superb with daily fresh baked breads as well as the Cafe in the adjacent building for a cappuccino and fine pastries or snacks. You become a local after a few days. Bellisimo.

Summary: Fantastic and a memorable trip to Rome as our stay at Flaminio Village was better than expected.
